1. Tour Price Includes:

2. Tour Price Does Not Include:
Air fare from your hometown to the
gateway city. Prices listed in the packages are per person based on
double occupancy and are subject to change. Insurance Premiums. Airport
taxes, fuel surcharges & September 11th Security Fee, optional
tours, International airport embarkation taxes. All personal expenses
such as passport, China visa processing, laundry, extra meals, beverages
or sightseeing not included in the itinerary, travel insurance, optional
sightseeing tours, tips to restaurant and hotel
waiters, chambermaids and porters,
gratuity or tips for tour director, local guides and drivers,
communication charges, excess baggage fees, international, internal
or any other airfares not listed as included with the tour, transportation
to departure point or hotels before or after the tour. Port charges
and gratuities to crew are not included on cruises.

Reservation, Deposit and Final Payment:
Deposit
of US$350 per person MUST be received together
with a completed Reservation Form and your
Passport, signed visa
application and one passport-size photo.
Failing
to receive your deposit, we will release your hotel and air space due to the critical demand
for hotel rooms and transpacific air space.
Final payment must be received 50 days prior to departure date.
Final payment not received by the due date will be subject
to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. In the event
that the reservation is made less than 50 days before the trip,
full payments are due immediately.
4.
Cancellation:
All cancellations must be in writing and may be sent by
either of the following

Upon the receipt of your written notice, cancellation penalties apply
as follows:
60+ days before departure
you will forfeit 15% of the tour
price or air ticket price if you only ordered the air ticket from us
30-60 days before departure.

the air ticket from us
15-30 days before
departure.

you will forfeit 50% of the tour price or air ticket

days within or after departure date: 100% forfeiture of the tour price
(or air ticket price) per person
The above cancellation
penalty also applies to
Transfer of Tour or Departure Date
if your deposit has already been received and processed by our office.
If your cancellation affects the price of your roommate, such as forcing
them to pay a single supplement, we will deduct this amount from your
refund in addition to your own cancellation penalty.
5. Travel Insurance
The traveler should be responsible for having adequate
travel insurance including provision for cancellation, hospitalization
and medical expenses, repatriation and loss of baggage. Please note
that BBME and its suppliers' staff are not trained in first aid.
6. Travel Documents:
Passports
of at least 6 months validity are required. All document/tickets will
be issued under your passport name. All applications must be forwarded
to the Chinese consulate for their approval. We cannot guarantee the
acceptance of your visa application. BBME shall assume no responsibility
however should a traveler with valid traveling documents and valid
visa be refused entrance by customs or immigration officials. No refunds
or transfers can be made. If you are applying for your own China visa,
a copy of your passport should be sent to BBME.
7.
Baggage:
BBME is not responsible
for damaged or lost baggage, or for excess baggage fees incurred on
tour but will be at owners risk throughout. Baggage
allowance differs for transpacific and China sections of your tour.
If the tour you join has flights within China, only one checked baggage
plus one carry-on is allowed per person. However, on your return flight
home from China, transpacific allowance is two pieces of checked baggage,
overall dimensions not to equal more than 107" and neither piece
to exceed 62" (sum of Length+Width+Height) plus one carry-on
(22"x14"x9" size limit) per person. Each piece of checked
baggage cannot exceed more than 44 pounds per person and the one carry-on
cannot exceed 10 pounds per person. Baggage in excess of one piece
per person will result in excess baggage fees to be paid immediately.
Any claims on damaged or lost baggage should be filed with the transportation
company on the spot.
8. Health:
In order to
ensure smooth operation of the tours , BBME or the Chinese handling
travel agency requires exclusion of any person whose health condition
makes them unsuitable for long trips due to mental illness, serious
chronic or contagious disease, advanced pregnancy, senility or infirmity.
9.
Refund on Unused or Changed Tour Arrangements:
Portions of the transpacific air tickets, land arrangements, of
hotel accommodations, or of any other service or feature of the
tour that
are not used are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
10. Air Transportation:
All air transportation is via specified airlines and is based on special
fares for round-trip open-jaw individual and group travel. All airfares
and rules are subject to change without notice. Tour fare does not
include any increase in airfare due to increases in fuel cost and
or for any other reason.
We
endeavors to follow the itineraries precisely; however, if flights
are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to modify
air and land arrangements for smooth operation of the tour. For any
tour, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
11.
DOMESTIC TRANSPORTATION,
ITINERARIES,
MEALS,
ACCOMMODATIONS &
TOURS
IN
CHINA:
China domestic airfares are subject to change. However, if it
becomes necessary for the means of transportation and any other services
to be changed, or for the tour to be prolonged through circumstances
beyond the control of the Chinese handling travel agencies, any additional
tour cost must be borne by the passenger and is payable immediately.
No individual itinerary
changes are permitted after the bookiing confirmation.
In China,
meals are only served as specified in the itinerary.
Accommodations are based on double occupancy,
we, BBM Enterprises, cannot
control the selection of hotels or assignment of rooms. Cruise accommodations
are based on double occupancy of twin-bedded stateroom with private
bath. All ships are of Peoples Republic of China registry.
On
occasion when accommodations must be assigned on a shared basis due
to insufficiency of single rooms, an appropriate refund will be made
after returning to the United States.
Hotels
are subject to change. Substitutions,
if any, are same class to listed
hotels.
Due
to occasional flight delays, some
sightseeing tours might not be
able to be scheduled. Also, cultural
and acrobatic shows might not be
available during the holidays and
seasonal recess. The cruise between
Wuxi and Suzhou will operate only
with 10 or more tour participants;
alternate transportation arrangements
will be made accordingly.
12.
ESCORT SERVICE
A
bilingual tour manager throughout China will escort a group size
of 10 or more participants. For less than 10 participants, the
tour will be locally hosted.
13.
SHOPPING:
Although the Tour Director will be happy to assist
you with any shopping requirements, BBME does not take any responsibility
for any items purchased at shops on the tour. Any after sales correspondence
must be between the passenger and the shops.
14. RESPONSIBILITY:
By utilizing
the services of the suppliers, you agree that neither BBME nor any
subsidiary or affiliate of BBME shall be liable for any injury, damage,
loss, accident or delay incurred by you or those traveling with you
in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services
resulting directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers
or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of BBME, including
defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment. Nor shall BBME be liable
for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay resulting directly
or indirectly from delays, cancellations or changes in flights, itineraries,
schedules, steamers or other services, strikes, theft, sickness, weather,
quarantine or other causes. All tour itineraries and fares may be
affected by alterations or delays in air or surface transportation
services of the various countries. BBME reserves the right to withdraw
any tour in this program and to make such alterations in the itineraries
as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties or the
proper operation of the tour. BBME reserves the right to decline to
accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour party at any
time.
All tour fares shown, except in China, are based on
the present value of foreign currencies in relation to the US dollar
and on current tariffs and are subject to change. Tour fares are subject
to adjustment. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure
for any reason. In such case, a full refund of all payments will constitute
the full settlement with the passenger. In such cases, full or equitable
amount will be refunded, but not to exceed the amount paid by passengers.
The Chinese handling travel agencies reserve the right to make alterations
or adjustments in the itineraries as to destinations, transportation,
accommodation and all other services. Neither BBME nor any subsidiary
or affiliate of BBME shall be responsible for any such alterations
made by BBME or the Chinese handling travel agency.
The General Conditions under which you
agree to utilize the services of BBME in arranging the tours on this
website may not be amended in any way except in writing signed by
an authorized officer of BBME. Upon payment of a deposit, tour participants
indicate acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
