2.Always check tour availability before booking. A per person deposit US$350 is required to secure your reservation. We don't confirm your reservation until the deposit is received. The deposit can be paid with check or money order. Please make your check payable to BBM Enterprises.
3. Print, fill in and sign the Reservation Form.
4. A valid passport and visa are the responsibility of the traveler. Please
leave plenty of time for this process.

5. Please mail us the following 3 items:
a) Signed Reservation Form
b) Deposit check of US$350 per person
c) Photocopies of your passport or your party's passports
6. Or you may call 1-800-989-9028 / 540-967-2281 to sign
up your tour and use PayPal to pay your deposit with a credit card, but an extra
4% fee will be charged for credit card processing. We will send you the Booking
Confirmation once your Reservation Form and your deposit are processed.
7. Final payment is due 50 days prior to the departure date.
