Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit /check card, checks, money order and Paypal Account.

( 24 hour ordering available with our secure Paypal shopping cart, but if you prefer to order by mail, please write
down the item # / item name and send a check or money order to us at the address below. Please note:
Checks are held for seven banking days to clear before shipping. Thank you.)

Shipping
Orders will be shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed. If your shipping address is
different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
Shipping and Handling fees to other countries are different.

Tax
Virginia residents have to add 5% for Sales Tax.

Damaged Merchandise:
BBM Enterprises is not responsible for shipping damages. Any claim for damaged
merchandise must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Quality Guarantee & Return Policy
Every item is inspected before shipping. However, you can return the items if you are not
satisfied. Returned items should be packed in the original package and in the original condition.
Shipping charge can not be refunded. Please email us in 28 hours after you receive your order
and include a description of the reason for your return. If not hearing from you in 28 hours after the
item arrives you, we consider you are satisfied with your purchase.
